Lisa Vesterman started with commercial real estate in San Diego California in 1988. She received her Calif. Real Estate License while attending San Diego State Univ. After 20 years in commercial real estate in San Diego, she then got married to Bill, moved to north Texas and became a Texas Realtor. While her current expertise is residential real estate, she uses her vast commercial experience to excel in the residential real estate market. Her unique abilities to understand real estate finance, marketing, construction, service trades i.e. plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more, take her beyond your typical residential agent. Lisa is a Texas Realtor, certified in Farm & Ranch, experienced in many types of transactions including new construction, luxury and neighborhood resale. Lisa graduated from SDSU with a BA in Communications. Received a RPA designation from BOMA for commercial real estate. She is married to her husband Bill Vesterman and together they own a private preschool, Montessori Country Day School in Flower Mound Texas.
